We had a great turnout for Saturday's practice, players that attended worked on perfecting these running patterns. If you have not been there to learn this new skill, or maybe just haven't perfected it yet, here is a glance about what it SHOULD look like.

16 Players at First Practice
16 G ruggers braved the cold and snow to participate in the first practice of the spring 2009 season. A concentration on possession, position, and pressure was utilized to create an organized but fin practice. All players are required to get their class schedules in to Andy by the end of the week and have their dues in the Sean before the Duke game. Failure to get dues in by the Duke game will result in players not seeing the field.

Touch Rugby - Saturday @ 3pm
In an attempt to dust of our rugby skills, we will have an optional touch rugby game this Saturday the 17th at the Rec Field. This is not a practice and is not required, but is strongly encouraged. The sooner we can get our skills back, the sooner we can build on those skills, and the sooner we can keep moving forward as a team. The practice/game will be at 3:00 pm, giving people time to get from the high school practice to our practice.
